Double Welting

Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Cushion Depth
Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Thickness is a matter of personal taste, but there are a few things to consider:
- Our most popular thickness is 3 inches.
- As a general rule, the thicker the cushion, the longer the cushion will provide comfortable support.
- Some fill types are not available for all thicknesses.

Box Edge
Boxed Edge Cushion Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.

CumuPlush + Batting (Indoor/Outdoor)
Custom Cushion Filling This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. CumuPlush is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the CumuPlush to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1 inch greater than your specified thickness. More Info
Foam + Batting (Button Option) (Indoor)
Custom Cushion Filling Foam fill is only recommended for indoor applications since water may be retained in the foam for longer periods of time. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the foam to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. Pinched Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.
Joining Piece
Joining Piece Joining Piece connection uses a flap of fabric to connect your cushions. The flap size is the same thickness as the cushion, which allows you to place the back on top of the bottom, and to also fold it.
Unjoined
Unjoined Unjoined means your cushions will not be connected. You will receive separate cushions.

Deluxe custom chair cushions are as comfortable as they are fashionable. Sharp edging delivers a classic, finished look to this designer-quality cushion. You can easily pick out the perfect design from our collection of fabrics to create just the right cushion. Perfectly placed ties will give your custom cushion the perfect fit for your favorite chair. Measurements do not include thickness of welting.

Our deluxe feature will add ½-2 inches of loft to your cushion. This loft occurs on both the top and bottom but not on the banding (sides). The amount of loft depends on the size of the cushion and the fabrics selected. The measurement of thickness will be taken seam to seam on the banding and does not include the loft added by the deluxe feature. Please consider this when selecting your cushion thickness.
