Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Cushion Depth
Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Box Edge
Boxed Edge Cushion Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.

Optimal Comfort (Indoor/Outdoor)
Optimal Comfort Fill Optimal Comfort fill consists of a foam inner core with a layer of gel memory foam on top and bottom, fully wrapped in batting, enclosed in a liner with zipper. *Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1 inch greater than your specified thickness. More Info

Product Overview

Our Optimal Comfort Cushion process begins with our quality upholstery foam as the cushion core. The core is layered with MicroGel Memory Foam on top and bottom, providing the cushion the option of reversibility. We then wrap the cushion on the bottom, top and front with 1" poly fiber batting for further plushness. By placing the batting in these specific areas, it ensures that the cushion can be placed side by side without bulging, giving your seating a clean uniform appearance. Next, the cushion filling is inserted inside weather-resistant, Hanes cotton/polyester ticking. This ticking features a Teflon finish, making it perfect for the outdoors and indoors.

The batting feature of Optimal Comfort will add ½ to 1 inch of loft to your cushion, in addition to the thickness you select. This loft occurs on both the top and bottom but not on the banding (sides). The amount of loft depends on the size of the cushion and the fabrics selected. The measurement of thickness will be taken seam to seam on the banding and does not include the loft added by the Optimal feature. Please consider this when selecting your cushion thickness.
